This is an exceptionally beautiful, in good condition mezzotint print revealing lush blacks and textures distinctive to this print technique. The paper has been aged yellow. There is a small paper tear at the upper left top (1 cm) and on the left side (1 cm), please see photo. With proper matting this will not be noticeable.

This mezzotint is after the original oil painting by Antonio del Pollaiolo (1429/1433 - 1498). Printed by the German publishing company Bruckmann Verlag.
