RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Antinous Art. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org your intention to return the item and your reason for your dissatisfaction BEFORE you send us the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- We will not accept return of items that have noticeable fingerprint smudges of dirt or grease, folded or creased paper, or damage of any kind which is a result of your handling of the product. Kindly note that we keep documentation on the product’s condition as well as detailed photographs.
- your item must be in the original packaging.
- your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- It must not be returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any item that has been placed on sale. Sale items are either designated as "Sale" or "Compare As".
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the a similar item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:
If your item is accepted as a return of a purchase, you can either apply the cost of the item (without shipping) to a new item. If there is a difference in the amount, you must either pay that difference if the item to be exchanged for is higher. If the new item is at a lower cost, we will refund the difference (without shipping) to you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using registered mail or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
